Hello friends, does anyone know how to expedite a petition? Is there anything we can do to speed the process??? I am applying for k1 fianc visa.. entered application in April 2019 and just mailed REF that was requested.. but I would like to know if there is any way to accelerate this process?? Thank you

We are awaiting our K1 adjustment of status case to be sent to our local office but we may move in the months (or year) while we wait to be given an appointment. Does anyone know what might happen if they schedule an interview at our current local USCIS office but then we move to another city about 2 hours away which is serviced by a different USCIS office? Would they give us the option to do the interview in the former city, transfer our case to the new city (and further delay the case), or do something else?

Hello, my husband came on a K1, and they told him he had 1 year to claim his daughter on a K2 or K3 visa (can't recall). But he has already adjusted his status and has his green card. Can we still apply under the K visa or do we begin the family reunion process as he is a perm resident?
