  1. Hey Kaan, If NVC just recieved your case from USCIS and you just got YRV number in Aug 23 it might take approximetly 2 or 2.5 months from that day unitl you reacive from NVC regarding your case being sending to Armenia. You can always write them via inqury section and see if they have any updates about your case. That attached letter from NVC will be like this "Dear Jane Doe, The National Visa Center (NVC) received your fiancé (e)’s/spouse’s approved I-129F petition from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). NVC will now forward the petition to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in Yerevan, Armenia. Please note that the transfer process can take several weeks. The U.S. Embassy or Consulate will contact your fiancé (e)/spouse when they are ready to process his or her petition." Hop this Helps! Thank you and for sure will let know about my case when she gets the visa! Good luck!!! :)))))
  2. Hello Kaan, Thank you for your information. It did not take that long from NVC to Embassy transfer. I think less than 2 weeks. Once NVC ships your package they will send you an email regarding that or email to your fiance. After that it takes like 2 or 3 weeks for the Ameican embassy to send you a Welcome or an Invitation Letter. Usually they will send that to your fiance. After that you can pay and schedule for the interview. Thanks again! Good luck to you as well.
  3. What should he put regarding the corresponding dollar amount next to the kids and the wife under the "Income Contribution to the Beneficiary Annually (if none, type or print $0)" category? Thank you.
  4. Hello everyone, My fiance had her K1 interview a few days ago, but the US embassy denied her application, and they requested additional information from me to provide. Such as joint sponsor tax documents Does anyone know what happens after I submit the sponsor's financial documents? Does she get her Fiance visa after? My second question is on a specific question on I-134 FORM PART 3, NUMBER 14 (page 6). If the joint sponsor has kids and a wife, does he include their names in that section even though they are not contributing financially or working? Thanks, Gary
  5. Hello everyone,

Can anyone help me with my question? USCIS approved my petition. First, it was approved in November last year, and then it took a long time for the NVC to receive it. NVC having no actual reason, sent my case back to USCIS for review. This past month, USCIS approved my case again and sent it back my case to NVC. I have not heard anything from the state department (NVC). I have a feeling this is going to delay again. I don't know for what reason. It has been a frustrating process. So, do you guys think, at this point, I would need to hire an immigration attorney? Does anyone encounter similar issues with the process?

    Thank you,

    Garik

i part am immigration attorney would do (filing the petition) has been done by u

they can not support u at the intervew

for K1 there is no appeal for a denial

so,  if denied,  marry , seek an attorney and ask with informaiton on freedom act,  find out the CO"s  issues

      and refile

the case could have been sent back to USCIS because of their oversite to include all documents and not a big problem

and it seems to be taking 2 months or longer to hear from NVC that the K1 has been sent to embassy

      Hello Jeanne,

I appreciate your feedback. I have a couple of updates. My case was approved again by USCIS. The second time it was approved was on March 14, 2023. About a month ago NVC said that they received my case but have not given me any invitation and/or welcome letters so far.

My approval notice will expire on July 13th of this year. So far my fiance has submitted her DS-160 application. Do you know how long it will take for them to send me the welcome letter so that I can upload all the required documents and pay the fees via the NVC site?

      Thank you,

      Garik

  6. Hello everyone,

My USCIS-approved petition for I129F has returned to USCIS from NVC for administrative review. Does anyone know why that would happen? How long would it take them to review and send it back to NVC again? Thanks

  7. Hello everyone, I was able to check my status on NVC site and this is what I got: "Your petition has been returned to USCIS for administrative action and is no longer at the NVC. Further inquiries should be directed to the USCIS by telephone at 1-800-375 5283, or via the internet at www.uscis.gov." Any Idea what's going on? what's the next step? how long more I need to wait? Thanks, Garik
  8. Hello, hope you are well. I did not undertood your reply. Could you please more specific? Thanks, Garik
  9. USCIS told me it would take up to 180 days to review the case once it received it from NVC. I hope way sooner, like you said Do you know how they are going to extend the approval notice?
  10. Hello everyone, I am confused and concerned about what's going on with the K1 visa petition. USCIS approved my case on November 1, 2022. They sent my case to National Visa Center (NVC). NVC should have processed the case by now. Instead, NVC replied to my inquiry this today. " Dear Sir/Madam: The correct case number is YRV***********. We returned immigrant visa petition YRV************* to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). If you have more questions about this case, please contact USCIS. USCIS CONTACT INFORMATION: USCIS Receipt Number: WAC************* Telephone: 1-800-375-5283 Website: https://uscis.gov. " Does anyone know why this would happen and what will be the next step? My USCIS approval notice has an expiration date (of Feb 28, 2023). Do you know if USCIS is going to extend the approval notice? Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Garik
  11. Hey Doggy_11, I am exactly on the same boat. it's been more than a month that they say recived but not inputed in the system yet.
  12. Hey guys, Thanks for your feedback. The USCIS approval is dated Nov 1, 2022. Hoverer, I don't know what day NVC received the case. But I know for sure as of December 2022, my case was received by NVC. It's a nightmare in this extended waiting limbo state. I hope they create my case by early February. I already wrote NVC several times, and their responses are generic that they recieve my case but have not created it yet. Thanks again, Garik
  13. Hello everyone, Please help me if you have any resources or answers to my question. My fiance's visa petition was approved by USCIS 72 days ago. However, I have not received anything from National Visa Center on the following step (i.e., the Welcome letter and the instruction). The NVC website timeframe section said they are creating Nov 8, 2022, received cases. But NVC received my case on Nov 1, 2022. So my USCIS approval notice has an expiration date (02/28/23). Since I have not received anything now, I am concerned that I won't be able to do anything since the deadline is getting closer. Do you guys know if USCIS or NVS will extend the date on the approval notice? Do delays happen in your case? Any help is appreciated. Garik :)
  14. Hi guys, I would appreciate your guidance. I petitioned for a fiancé visa application, aka I-129F, on July 18, 2021. So I probably will get a notification on her approval status soon. I noticed a typo in the employment history section of my application. Instead of 2020, I inserted 2021 as an end date. Do I need to correct that minor error, or do not matter at this point (since it might delay the process) Thank you so much for your help Gary
