A friend of mine, a US Citizen, likes to know if someone has experience sending some sort of "Sponsorship" in order to help his/her brother get visit visa?

What documents are required?

Is there any sample letter to accompany the documentation?

Please share any info you might have. Thanks

From what country? He should start by reviewing the visitor visa requirements on his country's US consulate website.

Waiver approved after 10 months. Did NOT use a lawyer
