What is the latest USEM interview date being booked now?

Just curious for scheduling purposes.

Can anyone give us some feedback regarding the latest appointment date in the future that the USEM is booking now for visa interviews?

Seems that the Embassy is locked into filling a certain number of interviews before it will book ahead to the next month.

Frustrating cause it can cost you a few calls to book your desired date. And calls to the embassy are not cheap, ya know.

Thanks for any feedback or info. I will post back with what I find out when I call soon.

God bless the Filipinos, and anyone with interview next week. I hope super typhoon Pepeng/Parma does not disrupt your plans, or cause anyone great harm.

I'm interested to know this also. Thanks for posting.

I'll call USEM on Tuesday to ask if I can schedule an interview already. I'll let you know what I'll get.

Hey, what great teamwork we have here on VJ. Salamat Kayo! And I will post back with any info I find out. Just ask them how far in the future they are currently allowed to book an interview.

OK, here I am, as promised!!!

I just called an hour ago. Unfortunately even though the Department of State told my fiance that I'm already eligible to schedule an interview appointment, when I called, the call center agent said I'm not yet eligible. I asked him why is that considering that the Department of State already told my fiance that I'm "eligible" already. He told me that the Department of State has no longer jurisdiction of the activities in the visa application as soon as it arrived the embassy. I also asked him when my documents arrived at US Embassy and he said it was received on September 30. Sooner than I thought it would arrive. Anyways, after 6 days in the US embassy, according to him, it's not being processed still. That's why I can't schedule an interview yet. GRRRRRRHHH...So frustrating...

Anyways, the good news is that I asked him the interview schedules available. He said that once I'm eligible, I can choose from Oct. 8 to Oct. 28 and then November 4 onwards.

I'll try to call again on Thursday. Wish me luck!!!

Good luck! My police clearance didn't arrive yet, so we still cannot call :( Our case has been at the embassy since 2nd week of August...I just hope that my police clearance will arrive soon.

But anyways, that's a good news :) At least we now know the available dates.

OK, so we are hearing that USEM is booking appts as late as Nov 4 now? Anybody else call and ask how far in advance appts are being accepted now?

Good luck to all.

Trying to get my girl to commit to an interview date, and then I will soon call and post the info I find out here. :star:

My fiance called yesterday. However he didn't ask what's the soonest available date. He only asked if Oct. 21st is available and the agent said yes so my interview date will be on the 21st.
