6/20/2007 - I-129F mailed

6/29/2007 - Received by USCIS

7/06/2007 - NOA1

11/08/2007 - Touched

11/15/2007 - email from CRIS for RFE

11/16/2007 - touched again

11/21/2007 - RFE letter received thru lawyer...

11/26/2007 - sent Birth Certificate to my fiancee (part of the RFE, fingers crossed and offered to God everything...)

12/05/2007 - mailed RFE docs thru lawyer

12/21/2007 - USCIS received our docs by CRIS (thank you Lord, finally USCIS received our docs...)

12/24/2007 - touched

12/26/2007 - touched again ( Lord please help...NOA2 please...fingers crossed...)

12/27/2007 - NOA2 (email from CRIS petition approved...)YAHOO!YAHOO!

Thank you so much Lord!!!

12/31/2007 - NVC received our approved case

01/18/2008 - NVC letter case forwarded in Manila case no. mnl**********

02/03/2008 - received Packet 4

03/05/2008 - St. Lukes Medical Appointment

03/12/2008 - US Embassy Manila Interview Appointment (God be with us...fingers crossed...)

--- in between this months we've comply lots of requirements from Embassy...

12/19/2008 - got my visa! (Thanks to God! He gaved us a wonderful Merry Christmas)

01/01/2009 - Flight to San Francisco, California

01/25/2009 - got Married

03/26/2009 - received hardcopy of NOA1 for AOS and EAD (day 9)

03/26/2009 - Biometrics appointment notice date for AOS and EAD

03/30/2009 - received hardcopy of Biometrics appt. date for AOS and EAD (day 13)

04/13/2009 - Biometrics schedule for AOS and EAD (day 27)

04/13/2009 - Biometrics Done

05/11/2009 - EAD Card Production Ordered (day 55)

05/14/2009 - EAD Card Production Ordered Again (day 58)

05/18/2009 - email from CRIS EAD Approval Notice Sent (day 62)

05/18/2009 - EAD Approval Notice received - card attached (day 62)

05/20/2009 - applied SSN and State ID

05/29/2009 - received from mail SSN

05/30/2009 - received from mail state ID

08/17/2009 - Department of Homeland in Reno interview schedule

thank God, it was so easy interview and it took us 5mins then i was approved.

08/24/2009 - got my temporary residence card.
