What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Nevada

So, I recently got married after haveing been togeather with my girlfriend for 1 year, I basicly came here on a Visa Waiver and I am out of status since August 3rd, 2009. She is a US Citizen and I am a German Citizen. We live togeather and have bills and the lease is in both of our names.

I did some research and found out that the forms that need to be filled are:

I-130

G-325a for both people(Husband and Wife)

I-485

Besides this what else has to be submited I am very confused?, my spouse also makes less than 35k per year, so some people say I have to submit a Affidavit of some sort along with her last year taxes???

I am also confused as to the exact fees that have to be submited since these recently changed with all the biometric stuff.

I would appreciate any help.

I-130 = 355$

I-485 = 1010$

Read the guides for the forms and they explain everything, best idea is to sit down with a coffee and go over it slowly then ask specific questions for the forms if you cant figure out how to fill them in.

They also have example forms on this website to help you fill things out.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

felipe2121,

Inky just explained to you to read the guides as it answers your questions...

The ONLY fee you need to worry about or pay for is the 1,010.00 which includes everything.

Read the guides, as all your questions are answered in them.

Also, utilize the search bar...

OP is attempting AOS from VWP entry - moving to appropriate AOS forum

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

Thanks everyone for the help, I do however have one more question: We are planning on getting a house in the next couple of months what happens if the address we are living at changes? How would we notify the USCIS?

A Million Thanks

If you move after filing the AOS paperwork, you'll need to file two different change of address forms:

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.
