Hello everyone...can someone pls. help me about our affidavit of support.

Here's the story...He owns a business but his business just started a year ago so he doesn't make enough and so he can't make it to the poverty line.So he decided to get another job at night recently so that he can qualify to the 125% poverty line. His 2006 ITR is very low like $5,000 and his 2007 ITR will still be low but now that he got a new job his annual income will be $25,000 but he can't show an ITR on that coz he just got it.Also he got money in the bank so that can help.

So what can he possibly show so that we wont get denied?

Can we just show his pay stubs showing he can make it to the poverty line and his letter of employment and his bank account???

Here's the list that we will provide:

Petitioner's I-134 Affidavit of support (Notarized)

Petitioner's Pay stubs (Business & the other job)

Petitioner's Business Licensed

Petitioner's Letter of Employment

Petitioner's bank statement & letter (Business account)

Petitioner's bank statement & letter (Own account)

Petitioner's Income tax return 2006 & 2007

Petitioner's W-2

Petitioner's 1099

Is that enough? Pls. help.

Your advice will be much appreciated...Thank you so much and God bless!

When do you think the interview will be? Soon? Or sometime after January 31, 2008?

It's after January :-(....what can we possibly do? pls. help.... :crying::help:

Hope his W-2 shows him at the poverty line (not sure when he got the job...) and have him file his taxes ASAP. Or try to get a co-sponsor, but word is Manila doesn't like those.

Though, the I-134 doesn't require a tax return, though. At AOS, he will need the most recent one.
