Hi i recently completed my medical, (the attorney asked me to do so prior to filing) we were ready with money to pay for all the fees, however something came up and then we couldnt file. I was wondering how long does the medical remain valid for. Is there a time limit on how long you can have the medical and then file for the green card?

I hope im making sense if not let me know!

The medical exam is valid for one year.

If your medical is less than 12 months old when you file for AOS you do not need to have another one done... if the medical was done here in the US by a USCIS civil surgeon then you should have a sealed envelope containing the medical report and the Vaccination supplement....

You just need to include this with your application for AOS...
