I'm filling out my I-129, I-134, and G-325A for a K1 visa and my fiancee's address is longer than the space allotted and when I print it out it prints out the little + sign and doesn't show everything I've typed up in that space...what do I do?

Write see attached and add the extra information to a separate attachment.

I-134 is also not required until much later, when your fiancee is having her interview with the embassy/consulate.

so u mean like put "see attached" in that section and type it up in a word document and staple it together or something?

Yup, avoid staples though, use removable binders or paperclips.
