how long to wait for the passport/visa delivery

Hello everyone.

Can anyone help me know the reason why does the embassy (Manila,Phils.) did not turn over my parent's visa/passport to Delbros (courier) yet?

My parents have had their interview last month (OCtober 24), passed the interview and have instructed them not to go back in the embassy anymore and just wait 3-5 days for the delivery. We have the tracking number of the Delbros Company but they said they don't have them yet. We called the embassy many many times and they always, still processing. "Still processing?"

I assumed my parents will get their visa/passport within a week so I decided to buy them the ticket 15 days after their interview. Unfortunately, I need to pay airline penalties and service charges from my travelling agent and rebook another day until the end of this month.

Please any information you can give me is highly appreciated. Thank you so much.

Hello to you here in visa journey...as what i know it depends on where you live if its in the big city that they can easily access and deliver it it will takes so many weeks for the provinces..

About your ticket don't need to pay it from the travel agencies to make sure just wait the visa to be delivered in the house and that is the time that you will pay the ticket. The plane ticket have an option date when to buy it so just ask the travel agencies to keep the information always and make it renew always they can make it.
