03rd July 07 - Touched !! (1st time)

10th July 07 - Got Noa1

8th Nov 07 - Got APPROVED

14th Nov 07 - noa2 HARD COPY

120 days - NOA 2

6 days - to have HARD COPY of NOA2

I guess that is the case number from NVC right?

April 7th - Got Engaged to my Love.

June 12th - Applied for K1 visa for her.

June 15th - CSC received our file.

June 26th - Touch

Nov 13th - Received RFE hard copy (notice date of Nov. 5th)

Nov 15th - CSC received RFE.

Nov 19th - Touch (message updated saying they mailed me a copy of RFE)

Nov 20th - Touch

Nov 23rd - Touch (maybe due to phone call)

Nov 26th - Touch

Nov 27th - Touch

Nov 28th - Touch

Dec 6th - Approval Notice sent NOA2 !!!!!!!!!! YAY !!!!!!

Dec 7th - Touch

Dec 10th - Received hard copy of NOA2(snail mail)

Dec 28th - Embassy received package from NVC.

Jan 9th - Packet 3 received

Jan 10th - Packet 3 submitted with embassy in New Delhi.

Yea, the NVC assigns the case number for Manila. Claudeth can on a K-1 and I learned that there is a method to the case number. As example, MNL2007502001 Obviously MNL is for Manila and the 2007 is the year the case was assigned. The 502 is 500 plus the julian date so 502 would be January 2nd. The 001 would be the count of cases assigned to Manila on the 2nd of January. In this example it would be the first case for the 2nd. Other types of visas would just have a julian date without adding the 500 so it could be 2007002001.

Our case arrived NVC on Nov 8, got the case number on the same day. Left the NVC on Nov 13 and the e-copy of our case arrived the us embassy here in manila on Nov15(Phil Time) or Nov 14(US time).

ok THANKS :thumbs: I just wonder why they didnt give us the case number when I called them a few days ago and found out that NVC had received our NOA2 on November 8th and asked me the name of beneficiary? I suppose I could have asked then ? DUH

I got mine we recieve a letter from NVC Nov.13,2007 and they assigned a MNL case number mentioned ...

ok.......just a little confused here now....we just recieved our case number: MNL (manila) 2007 (this year) ....however.....812 are the next set (?) julian (?) ok so what date would this be. :help:
