calling NVC

im the USC and my fiance from Morocco wants to call the NVC! Can he call them? Or will they only talk to me the u.s. citizen?

K-1 cases tend to be at NVC for less than 4 weeks, after that the petition will be on it's way to consulate. There is not much info that can be gained from calling NVC other than DoS case number.

Call or Email them. We used emailed and got case NVC assigned case number, just indicate USCIS case number, and Names and DOB of petitioner and beneficiary in the email.
