Contact Department of State or the Embassy in Manila after NOA2 and after NVC sends to petition to Manila.

Don't bother trying to change anything while USCIS has the case.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Maybe once you get an MNL number you can contact the Manila embassy and change it with them

Send an letterl to US Embassy informing her new address, but you must do that after your Petition was approved and have issued a Case number. You should include the case number on your letter. This is the address:
