Will I need to wear a ring at the interview?

I just noticed that some people are getting asked "how did you get engaged" at the interview. Me and my fiance didn't really make it official... It was just always accepted for the last few years that we'd go through the immigration process, get married and that will be that. No engagement rings, no getting down on one knee or anything like that.

But how should I answer the "how did you get engaged"?

Also, what if they notice I'm not wearing any ring? Should I wear one just in case?

You should tell them the truth and that you just agreed to get married, if that is how you did it.

Yup, just be completely honest. Just because there wasn't a fancy one-knee proposal doesn't mean that your relationship isn't valid.

If your fiance did not give you a ring, don't wear one. Or at least don't pretend that a ring you're wearing is an engagement ring. First, it's completely unnecessary. Also, you'd be putting yourself in a position where you're lying, which can only lead to bad things happening. As others have said, be honest and be yourself. You'll do fine.

nahh dont worry about it .. i dint wear a ring at my interview... dint have one lol
