Read the AOS guide here on VJ. Good luck

yeah i did read it all it does is give links to download the G-325a forms. My fiance and have already downloaded and filled out this form when we were applying for the K1 visa.

My question is: Do I need to fill out a completely new G-325a or can I re-use the one that I submitted with the K1 visa application?

If some information has changed since then (like your married name, address, etc), you'll need to fill out a completely new G-325A and sign all 4 copies.

Nini - Vancouver BC, Canada (she's the one who does the forum thing)

Bee - Devon PA, USA (he's the one who gave her the shiny ring)

Getting our sanity tested by bureaucracy since 2007.

Here we go again...
