Claudeth didn't need the NOAs for her interview but make sure you keep the NOA2 in a save place, you will need it for AOS and if you loose it, it will cost you $340 to replace.

Good luck with the interview

It's not really needed since it is obvious that you applied for visa and got approved that's why you're there for the interview. But if you want, and for your own peace of mind, you can carry it with you. Just make sure that you won't misplace the NOA2 since you'll need that for your AOS someday. It's expensive to replace it just like what jasman said...

Goodluck on your interview!

Yes, you have to pay for the visa (interview fee) and for her medical... If my memory serves me right, they also increased the medical fee from $95 to $165... not sure though if it's still $100 for the visa. Can someone correct me here if I'm mistaken?

I suggest not to think about all the upcoming fees yet or it will overwhelm you. You still have a long way to go and will deal with all the immigration costs even if your fiancee's here in the US already so better take it one step at a time.

P.S. I see you're under CR1/IR1 so I'm not sure if this applies to you. It is, at least for K1 applicants. I hope I didn't confuse you.
