Working in the US

Hello peeps, Guess I know sum of you Don't really know where to post this thread

At this moment I am residing in Aruba D.W.I. I am in possesion of a Dutch passport.

I have been offered a job in Boston, MA and need to know what the legal procedures are..

in regards to my legal status in the US. I have been told by the people that want me to come there that

since they are "sponsoring" me I do not need to worry about anything. I do still feel I need to investigate.

What kind of papers do I need anyways? I have to have all paperwork translated too, because all birth certificates etc

over here are in Dutch.

This is a family based forum so it is unlikely that you will get many answers here.

As far as employment based, the sponsor will take care of everything for you.
