I stumbled on your forum while searching answers to my question. We had our interview at the beginning of this Month in Baltimore. Everything seemed to go well with my hubby's I-94 taken away during the interview. Today we got a letter requesting us to come for another interview. It simply tells us to ask for the officer in question and that hubby has to bring his passport with him. The reason for the appointment states :Form I-130. There is also an attachment with all the things needed as evidence of a good faith marriage. What could this mean? Please help... :help: :help: :help: :help: :help::wacko:

If I were you I'd prepare myself for a stokes interview... Even hire a knowledgeable lawyer if necessary. The only thing I ever heard my lawyer say about it is that not only they question you separately but they also may tell you both to write down everything that you've done in the past week.

Hopefully we're wrong and that won't happen but since it could, better be prepared :)

Hello,

I saw your blog that you were called for a second interview in baltimore, I was wondering if you would share it with me, i realise that was awhile back, I have a second one tomorrow and we dont know what to expect. The officer gave us the impression that everything was ok with our first one. Please let me know how the experience was

Thanks
