DS 230 download

Can some one please tell me how to download the DS-230 form from the DOS website without the yellow bars showing up on the form? I filled in the form on the website but when I downloaded it, parts of the first page had yellow bars in the boxes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When you print it there are no yellow bars

I turned off the color and the form printed just fine. Thanks for the help.
