Does a police report count?

I have a police report showing my wife and I in the same car when someone else hit us. I was driving, my wife was my passenger and it was the other persons fault.

Does including this in a I-751 filing make sense?

Only if its a phony marriage, and thats the only document you have to make it seem real.

Any one piece of evidence, by itself, "proves" nothing.

I was thinking of including this item as part of an overall package of evidence.

The issue is moot now, since I can't even find the darn thing.

If you did happen to find it, I don't see why you couldn't add it into the package. I'm sure the police report has your address on it and shows the same one for both of you, so it would be proof of co-residence.
