Wow....I am soooooooo excited I got 4 emails today telling me my EAD has been ordered :) Although I am a little confused, I didnt have to get a fingerprint done this time...is that right??? Or.....have I become a complete paranoid immigration nightmare.......lol

Congratulations :thumbs: Claudeth also received two or three emails. She received her card about four days later.

I was just looking at your timeline and was wondering why you are doing another EAD if your AOS was approved in May of 06 :blink:

Because I have not received my green card.........I am in name check :(

You have been in name check since May 0f 2006? Have you tried to contact them, this seems way too long to wait. At one point the FBI was supposed to have all name checks completed within 120 days :blink: Wonder if that has changed
