Hi everyone.

Thank you for your support. This is a great community with an infinite amount of experience and information.

Now to the situation. Im going to talk in third person so be aware of it.

Met 1 yr ago and married 2 months ago.

The husband is overstayer. Come when he was 14 yrs old thru plane everything good. Now hes 22.

What are the implications if he worked before but does not work now? After marriage he took over the wifes last name.

The wife is a 30 yrs old US citizen with a stable job. She makes about 60K and has 3 small children up to 8yrs old. This is her third marriage. First marriage didnt work out. Second marriage didnt work out either. She sponsored someone she is divorced with. He divorced her from another state. She applied about 1yrs and a half ago for him. He did get his papers but is not a US citizen yet. Her ex husband is also married with someone else now. What are the implications of applying for someone else again?

I would also like to know if you guys have a list or link of everything to start the process for a AOD and so on. I tried checking the other forum but its someone complicated. Just to make sure nothing is left behind because we all know how perfect this has to be.

Thank you so much for all of your help guys.
