Hi everyone, i hope you guys can help me here. Im confused on the technicality of the I-134 item number 9 question. Because 3 years back, I have co-sponsored on my 3 siblings in which my dad was the principal sponsor(I-864). I never filled out or signed on the form I-864 (Affidavit of Support), but I signed on the form I-864A (Contract Between Sponsor and Household Member) which is not the actual Affidavit of Support. Here's the question on item number 9 for I-134 Affidavit of Support (K-1)

9.That I have previously submitted affidavit(s) of support for the following person(s).If none, so state "None.".

My question now is that, Do I need to disclose the fact that I co-sponsored before? My understanding is, I havent submitted any Affidavit of Support(I-864) but I have submitted (I-864A) Contract Between Sponsor and Household Member.

Hoping to hear your advise.....thanks..
