hello all

help please

me and my wife have filed for adjustment of status, and also ead and advance parole concurrently

that's where we are, now a few questions:

1)recieved noa1 for I-765 and noa for I-131; which both arrived the same day, but haven't received a noa for I-485. the received date was 8/24 and corresponding notice date was 9/14. our check has been cashed. can i check the status of my i-485 online anywhere. WHERE IS IT?

2)my wife's I-94 is expiring on november 2nd, 2007. after this date what documents do we use to prove legal status in this country? once we receive the ead, will this be good enough? what until then?

3)she received her florida driver's license today, however it will expire on november 2nd, 2007 the day her i-94 expires, so what can we show the dmv that will prove her legal status in this country beyond that date.

thanks in advance. and appreciate any help or assistance

The AOS usually runs a bit behind the EAD.

The I-94 expiration isn't a problem.

Yes, most states will only issue the license for the duration of the I-94. Once you get something from the USCIS, like the EAD, you can go back and get the license renewed.
