Do you have to pay the $455 even if you send your I-129F before July 30, 2007???

We sent ours on July 22, 2007 and payed $170. We got the NOA1 on July 27, 2007.

Our case right now is received and pending.Is that alright or we'll get rejected when they work on our papers because we only payed $170? Pls. help huhuhuhu I am worried. :crying::help:

  • 09/17/08 - EAD (APPROVED!)
  • 09/18/08 - AP TOUCHED!
  • 09/20/08 - EAD RECEIVED!

  • 11/17/08 - AOS INTERVIEW (APPROVED! - THANK GOD!)
  • 11/21/08 - AOS (WELCOME LETTER RECEIVED!)

You answered your own question. If the fee were not enough, the petition would have been rejected. You have a NOA-1, so the fee was correct.
