I don't know what to do??

Our case hasn't been touched sincefeb. 16th and my AP is still processing. But I will go in July back to my country for 3 weeks.

Should I schedule a infopass so I know what is going on. could they give me the AP right that day?

Would it be possible to push this case with a letter from a congressmen?

01/17/2006: Sent AOS Package, 01/25/2006: NOA1 for AOS, 01/31/2006: Fingerprinting and biometrics appointment letter, 02/22/2006: Received RFE letter from MSC Affidavit of support and medical examination, 02/28/2006: Biometric appointment, Alexandria, VA, 03/08/2006: Appointment with doc for med examination ,03/21/2006: Sent RFE unfortunately,My Husband forgot to include the med exams, but included the cover letter, 04/24/2006: AP approved yeah, 04/24/2006: EAD touched, 04/27/2006: AP received, 05/01/2006: EAD received, 06/01/2006: RFE Interview date for 07/26/06, 06/06/2006: sent letter for rescheduling, 07/07/2006: Infopass for receiving new date, nothing, 10/23/2006: touched, 01/15/2007: called hotline on status no info, 02/29/2007: called again, 07/27/2007: forwarded service request to local office due call on 03/21/2007

Try to be a little more patient....it seems to be taking from 60-90 days for most district offices to process the AP. I would wait till at least the first of May before trying to get an infopass. My wife's AP was received on Feb. 17 and she's still waiting.

I filed the forms already Jan 17th but then they touched it in feb.

I guess I do have to waite a little bit longer.

I see people who leave within a week and still do not have a AP.

I see from your time line that you have had a RFE and are expecting another one..... this will slow your case down it will not be proccessed until they have received the information they need.....

even makeing an infopass will not speed up your AP... you will have to wait for the processing to resume after the have everything from the RFE...

Yeah I already thought that I have to wait for my RFE and I will try to have more patients.

I wish this would off never happened and I could just send them my medical without a cover letter.
