ME and my husband have been in the USA for 2 years in december. im a citizan.

he is Jordanian.

Shortly after we arrived here he became a monster. abuse, violence, omg it was a night mare.

we have been separated a year this month. i been pushing for a divorce.

he hounds me, harrasses me, threatens me.. it never ends.

do i have to file the i-175?

since he has lived in Ohio so long, and i In tensenesses.... i figured i dotn have to.

let him get a lawyer if he wants.

I can not even tale papers against him because i was informed at the police station that being out of state, they would never get served.

i know.. u think i want him deported out of spite.. but thats not the case.

he is a Casanova, and i don't ant some other woman to be fooled by him, then abused.

I am fairly certain that you, as the U.S. Citizen, and not required to file anything. I would consult a family lawyer to help you wth your divorce proceeding; someone living in a different state does not preclude you for applying for divorce.

I would also write a detailed mail to USCIS explaining the situation honestly and why will not support your husband in filing the I-751. (Meaning why you refuse to sign the I-751.)

Our prayers are with you.
