Okay, I'm just starting the process of filing for a K-1 visa and I already feel daunted by everything I have to do in order to get it sent off to USCIS. My fiance just sent me his G 325A but I noticed that his entire name didn't fit in the space given for Family Name at the very top. The very last letter of his last name was cut off. I'm wondering if everything has to be written in capital letters on the G 325A or not. Also, his entire address wouldn't fit in the space given. Is it okay to fill the G325 by hand? My fiance is from Mexico and his address is extremely long...it would probably need to take up 2 lines.

Then when I went to fill out the G325 on my computer I didn't have any trouble filling it out, but...I can't print it!! Has anyone else run into this problem? I am terrible with technology and I am afraid that this issue just has to do with me being awful at anything that has to do with the computer.

Any advice that you have for me would be appreciated. I met my fiance 2 years ago in Puebla, Mexico when I went there to study and then he came to live with me for a couple of months in Spain last year while I was studying there. I miss him terribly every day and can't wait until the day when we can be together again!

I filled out mine by hand, as did my Fiance. We ordered the forms from USCIS, but if you download them , be sure all 4 pages are filled out. We also wrote in BLACK ink .

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.
