If I was a CO this would really raise some major big red flags, and it should. Something like this should be examined completely by the consulate. They had better have all of their ducks in a row with explanations ready for the interview or they will send it back to the CIS.

It's the I130. I agree, it's a sick thing but it's happening. I have tried to get her to post here on VJ but she won't, she is too embarrassed. I met her through another site. :( feel so bad for her.

Exactly my point. But so many have told her that it can happen. I just can't picture this without a consular saying, wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooe!

well let them try it and what will happen is they will have the interview from HELL.

the USICS dont mind keeping them in the office asking them endless questions until

you go loopy. yes the US citizen can be interviewed too. happend to me. they suspected

fraud.

if people hide from deception then they know what they are doing is WRONG.

to come a little clean out of this ... she could just be honest the guy with draw the petition

she leave and start all over .. giving it time in between. instead of playing these bull dog games.

Although you agree with it being a sick thing to do, you feel bad for her anyway.

Why? I sure wouldn't!

I feel good that she will be away from this idiot but at the same time, why not feel bad for her, she put so much love, effort and money into it, to be taken this way!

I feel good that the soon-to-be ex-husband will be away from his soon-to-be fraudulent ex-wife, but at the same time, why not feel bad for him? After all, he was duped into marriage by his soon-to-be scum con-artist ex-wife.

Which is why I also feel bad for her possible second husband, whom she's duping into marriage as well.

You are misunderstanding here. It wasn't her that duped him. It was he who duped her. She stood by him and he decided before the interview to run off with another woman! So I'm not sure I understand what you are saying dart?

I don't think it matters, I think they can still get a visa as long as they have proof of their relationship. The embassy's job is not to deny visa's, it is to ensure that these are legitimte relationships. If there is enough proof, a good explanation of the divorce, and all the other required documentation they should be fine.

I think it should also be noted that on the application, you must state if you have ever sponsered anyone and if they have ever been sponsered. As long as they didn't lie about that then there should be no issue.

My attorney told me one time that its very difficult to get a visa denied. The officer must go through alot to get the visa denied. They can put you on AR, but if they are going to deny you they must prove to the CIS that they found information that was different or confilicting that what was presented to the CIS when the case was approved.

I hope your right! I have read this as well, but it still makes those with returned petitons nervous. One thing they can do, and will do is delay it for as long as they can!

Regardless of who did the duping, trying to attempt reaching the exact same goal a second time around, yet so quickly after failing the first time, will make the USCIS be highly suspicious of her intentions.
