Hi guys,

Last Friday I received the letter confirming that I was APPROVED on my Removal of Conditions, etc, etc... and it also said "You are deemed to be a Lawful Permanent Resident of the United States as of the date of your original admision or adjustment of status". So, I will receive my new, so called "10 years Permanent Resident Card", which is only valid for 8 years according to my original admission date: October 2005...

I'm very happy to have been approved finally, after 4 years of constant hassle & difficulties, but wouldn't be nice if the famous 10 year Permanent Resident Card was truly valid for "ten years" from the final approval date for the removal of conditions...??? <_<

I know this thought must have been shared before by a few posters... Oh well... I hope to find the card in the mail next week, Yaaayyyy!!! what the heck!
