This may be a repeated question from the past, but I can't seem to find a clear answer.

Do I need a DS-156K form filled for my interview even though we have applied for a "spousal" K3 Visa.

Please confirm with thanks.

The packet from the consulate did not include this form.

Thanks

No need for DS-156k. It's only applicable for K-1.
