Well I'm not sure if we messed up by not getting our NOA1 on the day of our interview. We don't know our USCIS case number yet, but if we don't hear something within a couple of weeks, I would probably call USCIS and see if I can find out our case number so I can check the status online. If you do already have your case number (and we did in fact mess up by not getting ours) then check the status online to see what it tells you. I'm planning on calling the bank today to see if there is any way that I can get them to tell me the case number that was imprinted on the cashier's check that we used for payment. I don't know if they'll be able to due to privacy issues, but it's worth a shot.

The interview went very well and we were approved on the spot. We have the letter to show that we were approved. But we haven't still heard anything from them. I called up the bank that issued my cashier's check and I learnt that the check has not even been cashed. This is definitely not good.

I just wonder!

08/01/07--(day30) LUD I-130(only visible in my logged in portfolio and on case status it says case received and pending)

08/07/07--(day36) FP@ASC(11.00am)

08/07/07--(day36) LUD I-485(only visible in my logged in portfolio and on case status it says case received and pending)

09/23/07--(day83) still no Approval letter or any 70th day letter.so i`m still waiting and hoping to get it done by the 90th day
