I keep checking the PI forum to see what kinds of differences happens with IR-1/CR-1 procedures at the USE. or instance ... do they ask different questions for the interview. I am trying to prepare my Asawa for her everything because she is scared. I have shown her some things from the K-1 interviews and that has calmed her alot but i am curious what the differences are if any...

Love this forum.

Thanks

In my case (April 20, 2007), the pre-interviewer asked (my husband was with me) when and where we got married? Then with the CO-> he asked the same questions: when and where we got married and why at Puerto Galera, then he asked my husband a question about our pictures (when and where it was -> Tagaytay Picnic Grove with the family December 2005) and since he saw a business permit in my husband's financial document folder, the CO just mentioned: "So, you have your own business?" and my husband replied: " Yes". And that's it, the CO congratulated and approved us.

I was advised once that the questions were similar to K1 interviews

what is your spouse name, bday?

where does he live? where do you and your spouse intend to live?

where does he work? what does he do?

when did you get married? how long have you been married?

was he/she married before? children?

how did you meet?

when did you last see each other?

how do you communicate?

The CO's do not ask too much questions for IR1 petitions unlike K1. sometime 1 -2 questions are asked. my friend told me, she was asked two questions on her interview.
