Hi again folks.  The answer to this may be obvious but I can't work it out and Montreal takes weeks to respond to emails.

Ok, so in the interview letter, they said everyone has to register with their free courier service:

1. Register with our Free Courier Service
You must register all applicants, including children, to arrange for the delivery of your passport
and visa packet. There is no charge for this service. Follow these steps:
1. Visit https://ais.usvisa-info.com/.
2. Select “Permanently Immigrate to the US” as your trip purpose.
3. Enter the required information for each applicant (including children)
4. Choose a Canada Post courier location for document pickup.

So I go to that website, click on immigrant visa, click on Canada location.  Now, if I log into my already existing account, I can't do anything, there's no options.  If I'm logged out of the account, it gives me these options:

Please select the condition that applies to you:

I have received a Consular interview appointment date from the National Visa Center (NVC) or the Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) and I have been instructed to register my appointment on this site.

I have received a letter/email from the consular section with instructions to register or schedule a K (Fiancé(e)/Spouse/Child) visa appointment.

I have received a letter/email from the consular section with instructions to schedule an immigrant visa appointment.

I have received a letter/email to register or schedule a Diversity Lottery visa appointment.

None of the above

But none of these scenarios apply, since I received the appointment directly from the consulate and it's for IR2 (child) visa, not K.  I don't need to schedule an appointment, I need to register for courier service.  If I choose "none" then I can't go any further.  If I choose one of the other options, it wants me to register again then tells me my email has already been used.  Am I overthinking this?  Do I need to create a new email address (which seems silly)?
