We have an interview in Montreal scheduled for mid-June for my 2 children.  I'm so nervous about this.  I have already left my job and starting a new job back in the US.  If we get denied for this visa, my kids will have to leave Canada too (non-Canadian, and without my work permit, no reason to stay in Canada) so stakes are high.

From reading posts here, it seems that 2 of the big reasons for denial or admin processing is finances or proving domicile.

- I emailed Montreal and they confirmed I-864, tax returns, or any finances are not needed for my kids because they become US citizens immediately upon entering the US with their green card (Child Citizenship Act).

- For domicile, I have the US job I started, that seems to be sufficient based on posts I've read?  But we don't have a permanent home yet in the US, I'm temporarily staying with a friend, and no one to write a us a "lease".  Can I write a notarized letter explaining once the children are approved we will lease a home?  I also just bought a car, so registration and insurance?  Could also provide documentation such as 2+ years of storage unit rental with our household belongings waiting for us to return, communication with the school district stating we can't register until we have proof of residency (a lease), a moving quote, new local credit union account, inquiry on local daycare, local drivers license.  What do you think?

Any other tips or good vibes are appreciated!
