I got my green card through family based(sibling).  My wife got approved visa interview and is here with me. Unfortunately, my unmarried son didn’t get visa approval due to over age(was within age criteria while I filed the case). Please, advice that how can I  bring him to USA? Should I continue through previous i-130 approval form or NVC approval or should I appeal again from very beginning. Please, advise.
