What Comes After the I-797 (NOA2) in Visa K1 process?

We are doing the K‑1 visa process. My partner and I received the NOA2 more than two months ago, and we’re not very clear on what the next step is, since we thought the NVC was going to send us an email with more details, but we haven’t received anything yet. What are the next steps after the NOA2? I’m from Peru and she is a U.S. citizen.
