No appointment times. How do I get an appointment?

We're at the final stretch on a K-1. Just need to get the interview scheduled with the consulate. We are logging in 3 times a day, every day, often at 11pm or 2am to try to get an appointment and it constantly says there are no appointments available. Any tips? Doing something wrong? Can I do this by phone instead?

I'm in the same boat, I've called them twice about it and they just say to keep checking everyday =(
