Mom is a green card holder and applied for I-130 on March 4 2022 and I was born on April 6 2001. USCIS sent an approval Notice on October 6 2024 and Documents qualified on December 8 2024. I notice that NVC changed the classification of my visa to F24. Please help!!

The classification seems correct to me.

By my calculations you were only a month or so short of your 21st birthday when your mother applied for you, and your PD didn't become current until July 2025. So by the time your PD became current your CPSA age was approx 21 years and 7 months, meaning you'd aged out in to F2B.
