I've just found out my Mother will be receiving her Visa Interview this December 2025. (She is residing in the US)

I am her petitioner with a join sponsor.

(If there are similar threads with my situation please guide me to them)

I'm currently living abroad and recently got married, waiting for my Temporary Residency Card.

I have:

3 Bank accounts

401K account

Driving license (current) under my parents address.

What really sucks is that her lawyer didn't mention anything about me providing domicile, I just found out and reading about it.

I saw threads that the above is not still enough. They are looking for a Foreseeable future of me to live in the US with the applicant.

I can't leave my current location because it will affect my application process, so if the above is not enough:

1. Should she push her interview back I don't know... Until I get my card (time it correctly) I move back, find a job and hope everything works out?

2. Or what else can be sufficient for the NVC to approve
