According to the processing time statistics, it would be about 5 weeks from NVC welcome letter until NVC processing completes and it is ready to send to embassy.

 


BTW your case wasn't transferred from Texas Service Center to California, it started processing at California Service Center.  It passed through the Texas mailbox, which is different from Texas Service Center.  Having that wrong on your timeline may mess up estimates (although I think you're past the stage where that would have an effect)

Hi RBV, I am new so I wasn't sure how to label everything correctly.

 

My timeline should read out "Sent to Department of State" status - I considered that sent to DOS/NVC. That is why I am confused. How would I update this correction?

I have sent multiple public inquiries and NVC says they have received my case but not entered into their system yet and to refer to their NVC timeframes which is already above the time of case creation time. 

 

so I mailed the packet (I129F) out for Texas but it was sent to California Service Center.

Have you received anything? NOA 2 on our end will probably take a year..
