Having kept only casual track, I'd have thought the opposite, because all that we seem to hear about are the initial decisions.  Regardless, nothing wrong with "too much winning."

As the United States Supreme Court gears up to begin its next term, it's important to remember that President Trump is on a winning streak the likes of which we haven't seen in generations.

In fact, while the legacy media idolize rogue judges who throw up roadblocks to President Trump's agenda at every turn and amplify perceived losses, what they don't want you to realize is that when the dust settles, Trump wins most of the time on the ultimate decision.

Judges starting to realize they can't stop the deportations

[...] Their conclusion is consistent with what the 9th Circuit decided in June.  A separate group of judges upheld dispatching soldiers to California because "our review of the President's determinations in this context is especially deferential."  The latest decision blasts Judge Immergut for disregarding "uncontested evidence" about the violence in Portland, saying "the district court turned the proper analysis on its head."

This wasn't a difficult determination.  The commander in chief has discretion, granted by Congress, to call up the National Guard when he is "unable with the regular forces to execute the laws of the United States."  [...]

The Supreme Court began its November sitting this week in what is already shaping up to be a blockbuster term, both on the regular oral argument docket and the emergency docket.  The latter has taken on huge significance as lower federal court trial judges in forum-shopped district courts have issued an unprecedented number of nationwide injunctions against President Trump's executive actions.

Federal Judge Overturns Solomon's Verdict; Baby To Be Cut In Two

 

JERUSALEM — What had been hailed as one of the wisest decisions of all time was declared null and void today, as a federal judge overturned King Solomon's verdict and ordered a baby from a recent maternity dispute to be cut in two.

People throughout Israel had praised the king for his shrewd judgment in the case, in which two women each claimed to be the baby boy's rightful mother.  Solomon had wisely suggested that the woman who was more willing to give up her rights to the child than see him come to harm was the baby's true mother, but a federal judge ruled that the decision was not legal under Israel's constitution and that the baby must be chopped in half.  [...]
