Not having vaccination history is common for many immigrants. Your family doctor has to write a recommendation for you and family to the Lab for Immunity check and the Lab will do Blood test and send any recommendations to your family doctor, based on that Dr. office will provide you required vaccination (if any).  Your certified medical doctor will check and fill their form accordingly.

That seems to be for scheduling an appointment. Just checking, are you definitely selecting the first option on the form?

Yes, the following one:

I have received a Consular interview appointment date from the National Visa Center (NVC) or the Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) and I have been instructed to register my appointment on this site.

Ah. It didn't look familiar so I was wondering if it was the wrong page but obviously not! Have you cleared cookies and tried different browsers?

Yea, I talked to my lawyer as well, they saying other clients have reported that issue as well. Last night I tried ,it gave me only 16 Dec,2025 to select then gone. Mine is Jan 30,2026

I am confused. Interview letter already has date and time of our scheduled appointment, why do you need to schedule your appointment again using Register tool ?

Hello, I had a medical exam done recently for my upcoming interview at Telus Health (Montreal) - the authorized clinic for US immigration. Since I don't have a vaccine record from my home country, I had to take some of the required vaccines there. On the day of the exam, they had run out of the MMR vaccine and the nurse said they will just send the information on the vaccines given that day and the US consulate will be fine even without that vaccine. Has anyone had a similar experience, i.e. not having a vaccine due to unavailability and not have an issue during the interview? Please do share if you have any knowledge about this. Thank you!

You're basically confirming it, and giving details on how you want your passport returned.

This is the most rustic application ... You cannot set passport delivery location to your home address until you can confirm your interview date/time and currently this app does not allow you to select any dates in Jan 2026. What a waste of time.

There's obviously a glitch in it at the moment, it normally works fine.

The pre-interview checklist asks us to upload documents to the CEAC portal, but he status on the CEAC portal is already "Complete". Are there any document upload steps after the interview letter is received?

Since you've received the IL, do you mind if I ask what your details are below so we can add you to the spreadsheet (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1NnYTWRgdQB9gj2SyQjBL3fzz5-OS9FJZQXFXCbSe0Ig/edit?gid=0#gid=0)? Thanks in advance!

Which EB visa category are you?
