Hi all, at the bottom of the printed I-94 pages, it says the document expires on July 31, 2025 despite the i-94 entry period expiring 3 weeks later. Is this version of the document still valid to use in the AOS submission even though it says it expired yesterday?

This is just a indicator of how "fresh" I-94 printout is.

If you haven't filed for AOS yet, just print new I-94, it should have different date at the bottom. If you already submitted I-94, there's nothing to worry about

Thanks. The issue is that we're planning on sending it out tomorrow and the site is still giving us an i-94 with the July 31 date. We don't know when it will update to the August date and don't want to delay our sending time waiting for that.

In theory, the expiry date could pass before USCIS even open your packet, so it isn't anything to worry about. They will do their own checks.

Now I think about it, I only learnt about the expiry date a few months ago, so likely submitted outdated I94 at some point in my own journey. Woops!
