They accept email? I'm surprised they don't want it certified or original.

She just needs to print it out after you email it to her... there is a report from someone who just did it here on VJ

Regarding your CFO experience, where did you get your criminal records background check done online? How exactly did you submit the results of the background check to the CFO?

I'm wondering if I should go ahead and get my criminal background check done now ahead of time.

I used an online criminal background check and Washington State Patrol on line criminal report. I forwarded the on line report results to my fiancée on the day she was with CFO. They accepted it. Sorry just now seeing this. Hope you have it. Best of luck.

On another subject change of status. What is the Alien Registration Number? The only thing I found was on the DS160 AA00E35DCB. Is this it?

A number should be above her name on the I-129F NOA2. It starts with A then 9 digits

Just checked. Yes, I found it. Thanks again.

OMG! Another headache. We are still working on the I-485 it’s done. But I need supporting documents to assemble. The I-94 was not even on my radar until we went to Social security to obtain her number as needed by my health insurance. It was at that time they noted it had an expiration date of 10/18. I decided to check if it would affect her change of status application. Just found out that it does. Earlier on line information said there was no deadline to complete the application but there might be some consequences. Please advice of what you know.

Once filed she's protected, but she's now out of status and subject to deportation. So you need to get it filed urgently, particularly with the current administration. And I would suggest she just stays home and under the radar until you've done that.

Best of luck.

Thanks. How about the Form I-693. Do I need to prepare that and see a doctor? She passed her Medical and has the shots done as well. When she arrived she gave the medical papers in seal envelop with the border officials. She has the vaccination record. This is the only thing she has.

She is exempt from having to file the I-693 because she had her immigrant medical exam overseas... as long as you file the I-485 within 1 year of that medical taking place. I would also include a copy of the DS-3025 with your I-485 filing as a friendly reminder to the intake folks at the lockbox and the USCIS adjudicator that she is exempt from that requirement.

Yes, I will include that. Thanks again as always.
