I think it depends on the embassy! Most follow the 2 week pattern but some have random shipping dates e.g. turkey! Perhaps your embassy also does it more randomly!

Public Inquiry, send one to ask for your NVC case number, which is different than the USCIS one.

Update: Reveived K1-FTP from the NVC today! CEAC status now In Transit! 🥳
