Any kind of police records? So what if you got a city or county background check, I wonder.

They didn’t ask one from ours because of my (petitioner) occupation as a 911 dispatcher but we did get a Pennsylvania state police clearance, which is super easy to get online. Any kind of county, city, state police record for where you live should suffice.

Good to know, we need to figure out the best way to do this smoothly and least expensive. Local background reports are way cheaper than $68 rap sheet from the FBI.

I ended up getting an FBI report, but $68 vs $5 for a city report.

Hi we had the same interview date and we were approved too! Our case got changed to "Application received" and we're hoping either tomorrow or the next day it changes again to "approved". We'll let you know! Keep us updated too if you can. We're so excited!

Hi! Are you referring to the usvisascheduling website where you find your status? It has been a week after my interview and still there are no changes in the information in the website.  I even wondering if i miss something to do after the consular said i passed because i go home straight after that. Lol
