I've filed all of the necessary documents, some photos, letters of reference (I believe that is what they're called), and chat history on September 17th, 2024. The latest progress on USCIS website shows estimated time of three months. We got married 11/24/2023 in her province in the Philippines. Does anyone have any additional advice on an estimated timetable? Or anything I Or we can do to make sure it goes smoothly? She's from the Philippines, but working in Singapore and wants to handle this from the embassy in Singapore. Several people from the Philippines that she knows stated it's easier or more seamless in Singapore. I keep getting conflicting information. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Add 17 months to September 17, 2024.

That's about how long the first part (I-130) takes nowadays. The second part will also take some time

Using date calculator, it looks like 17 months is February 17, 2026. It could be a bit less or more. And add on top of that time to get interview, attend interview and get visa after I-130 approval. I'd guess another 6 months from I-130 approval, but folks in Philippines would know the timeline for second part better.

Well she's doing all of her stuff in Singapore,  between the American embassy and if she has to go to the Philippines embassy. But from what I heard from someone else your February time line is similar to what I heard. Is there anything else I need to prepare for on my end? I have a home, vehicles, and a job. Although I could retire if I chose to. But I plan on waiting a few years to retire.

This can be safely ignored. MyProgress showed 3 weeks until decision for N-400 on day of my oath.

Yesterday, ‘My Progress’ was showing 16 months until a decision on my daughter’s I-90.

Today she got her approval and now it says 27 months until a decision. 😂
