I am from England, my fiancée is from Utah. Our K1 application was just received by USCIS on May 9th. I am bringing my children with me, as I am the only parent, their biological father abandoned them. Has anyone else brought their children on a K1 visa? What paperwork did you need from the other parent? I have tracked down my ex husband , and he has signed allowing them to permanently immigrate. Is this enough? I have asked a solicitor to notaries this, and the solicitor will do this, but the solicitor is asking my ex husband to sign this in front of him, my ex husband has refused. Anyone else had similar issues? Will it be enough for just the solicitor to notarize without my ex husband present?

Not sure how you can notarise without the person being present.

Maybe a Court Order?

The children will need K2s.

The solicitor can notarise it that it looks an oricopy, but cannot notarise to state that he witnessed my ex husband sign it. Will this be enough?
