I would imagine you need a new medical at least?

Thanks for replying Boiler.

some told me embassy ask them to pay fee I didn’t understand this . I already paid NVC and when I logged in it’s say paid . They just updated it.
I know about new medical and police clearance. I hope embassy don’t call for interviews. Last interview they ask for waiver. All most 3 year now and now 89 age.also can’t walk and not hearing.

I would expect to go to the Consulate but not sure what fees they are thinking of?

Maybe they meant the green card fee? You don't pay it at the consulate, but they do give you a piece of paper with info about it, and you then pay it online once you have the visa. That may have been what they were thinking of.

Is this right ?

It’s possible the original application is dead and a whole new one needs to be filed if it’s been a long time.

But we have no idea of your timelines, visa category or what kind of case you’re asking about.

Please fill in your timeline and profile so that we have basic info and can try and help when you have a question.

So if interview and waiver application were both in 2022 then you didn't leave it more than a year between the two anyway?
